CE & License Renewal Requirements: This event offers 10 hours of pharmacy and 2 hours of ethics CE. Any CE obtained in December but not needed for license renewal in that year may be carried over to the next year's renewal. Pharmacy & ethics CE not needed for those requirements may also be used as General CE.
This event has been approved by the Pharmacy Board but is pending with OBNM.

Speaker Bios:
Tad Buckingham, MD
Tad Buckingham is currently an Attending Physician for Pacific University of Optometry with over 18 years of clinical experience. He also teaches Ocular Injectables to a national audience.
Peter Banitt, MD
Dr. Peter Banitt is a cardiologist in private practice with Pacific Heart Associates in Portland, Oregon. He trained in the Harvard Medical System in Boston, Mass and has been in Portland for over 13 years. In addition to providing general and interventional cardiology care, Dr. Banitt has an interest in promoting healthy living and working with naturopathic and other providers in the Portland area.
Natalie Gustafson, PharmD
Natalie Gustafson is a compounding pharmacist at Pacific Compounds Pharmacy, as well as the new owner of Lloyd Center Pharmacy. She is a local expert in thyroid treatment, hormone replacement therapy and pain management. Natalie is also active in the Naturopathic Physician community, where she is a member of the Board of Naturopathic Medicine’s Formulary Council, has published in NDNR, and also teaches a variety of Naturopathic Physician CE courses in the Portland area.
Michael Goldstein, MD
Born and raised in Portland, Dr. Goldstein completed his undergraduate at Cornell University in New York and then medical school at the University of Southern California in Los Angeles. He first worked in general internal medicine before practicing at Providence Portland Medical Center as a hospitalist in geriatrics and long-term care.
Paul Nicolai, ND
Dr. Nicolai is a graduate of Bastyr University and is in private practice in Portland, OR where he focuses on mens’ health, thyroid, and cancer care. He speaks often at Grand Rounds at NCNM and is a contributing author to the Textbook of Natural Medicine. His experience working in hospital laboratory and pathology departments has helped shape his integrative approach to healthcare.
Kassie Hughes, MA, LPC
Ms. Hughes works with adults, teens, families and groups who struggle with disordered eating, compulsive exercise, and body image issues. She has spent the past decade treating clients in managed care, partial hospital, intensive outpatient and private practice settings.
Roy Huggins, MS, NCC
A counselor in private practice who also directs Person-Centered Tech, Roy worked as a professional Web developer for 7 years before changing paths, and makes it his mission to grow health providers’ understanding of the Internet and other electronic communications mediums for the future of our practices and professions. He routinely teaches a course for health professionals on creating and promoting a professional website and consults with healthcare colleagues on ethical and practical issues surrounding tech in clinical practice.
