Five NDs Launch OANP’s New "Business Builder for NDs” Coaching Series

By: Mary Closson | Director of Membership and Development, OANP

"I’m committed to helping OANP’s members grow their practices by at least 40% in the next 12 months,” Terry Elton, Action Coach

Even a cold, rainy night couldn’t dampen the spirits of five naturopathic physicians who were in attendance for the launch of OANP’s inaugural "Business Builder Coaching Series.” The first 90-minute session included not only an overview of the key elements required to run a successful practice, but also the necessary qualities a physician must bring to their practice in order to be successful. "OANP is thrilled to have a new member benefit to work one-on-one with phyicians to help them succeed in business,” noted Laura Farr, OANP’s Executive Director.

The participants received some special perks from Action Coach Terry Elton during the session:

· A complimentary copy of the "The E Myth Physician,” by the bestselling author, Michael Gerber, who wrote the now classic, "The E-Myth Revisited”; and

· An invitation to attend a complimentary session of Action Coach’s popular "Growth Club,” a quarterly strategic planning workshop involving more than 40 business owners from around the area.

The physicians enrolled are:

Lisa Dickinson, ND

Deborah McKay, ND

Jennifer Mlnarik, ND – Grant Recipient

Angie Rademacher, ND – Grant Recipient

Renee Wilson, ND – Grant Recipient

The Business Builder Series for NDs meets twice a month on Wednesday evenings from 6:30 to 8:00pm in the main board room of NCNM’s Administration Building. The next class will be held Wednesday, October 16th.

"There’s still time for additional physicians to sign up prior to the October 16th session,” Elton said. "I can provide an overview to physicians who missed our first session if they’d like to get started on the 16th.”

Through highly focused personal mentoring, content-rich workshops and seminars, and proven marketing and sales strategies, Elton makes it possible for business owners to achieve growth even in these challenging economic times.
