The OANP Diversity and Inclusion Committee had our monthly meeting, and have started looking at strategic goals as we work with the OANP Board of Directors. The OANP Board will be doing an organizational self-assessment related to racial equity put together
by the Coalition of Communities of Color, and are exploring hiring an outside consultant to help us as we review our governing documents.
