|Oregon Health Co-Op Self Assessment|
The Oregon Health Co-Op is a new member-driven non-profit health insurer that will be offering insurance plans to small businesses and individuals in the healthcare exchange (Cover Oregon) starting January 1, 2014. The Health Co-Op heard from patients all across Oregon that people want their health insurance to cover naturopathic doctors. The Co-Op will be the first insurance plan to fully credential naturopathic doctors as primary care providers with no limitations and all the commensurate rights, responsibilities and reimbursement rates as other primary care providers.
At this time the Oregon Health Co-Op is ONLY interested in credentialing naturopathic doctors who are acting in the capacity of primary care providers (vs. providers who may do some primary care services but who do not choose to be designated as a patient's PCP and/or willing to coordinate all aspects of patient care).
If you are interested in being invited to join the Oregon Health Co-Ops new network as a naturopathic primary care provider, you must complete the survey below as the first step. This survey will help OANP better understand what resources and support we can provide to help you meet the credentialing criteria and expectations for joining the Co-Op's network.
All answers are confidential and for OANP use only.
